Our Shipping & Returns Policies

Each of our products may carry different delivery charges depending on the item location and whether it is being sent directly from one of our warehouses. Many of our items feature free delivery whereas others are chargeable. Orders containing several items may be dispatched from different warehouses therefore you may receive these separately. Please check the shipping details relating to each individual product for pricing. We will send your order using the fastest, safest and most reliable delivery method possible. We will select the appropriate delivery method and carrier when you place your order.
If an item isn’t the perfect match, you can return it for a refund within 28 days of receipt providing it is in the original condition and packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items. If you choose for us to arrange for them to be collected and/or shipped, the return shipping charge will be deducted directly from your refund.
The cost of this will vary depending on the size and weight of your item. Please contact us for an estimate. Some items cannot be returned, including items which are personalised or customised to your specifications
Damaged or defective items
We recommend that you inspect your item upon delivery and report any issues to us immediately and no longer than within 24 hours of receiving the item. If your package appears severely damaged upon delivery, please write down “Package Damaged” when signing the delivery slip.
If your order arrives damaged or defective please contact us immediately providing supporting documentation and detailed photographs of the damage so that we can instruct you on how to return your item for refund or replacement. All returns will be inspected and refunds processed within 14 days of receiving your item back. Please ensure you keep hold of any proof of postage or courier collection receipt in case of your returns not being received.
