Metal fire bowls will rust. But how much they do depends on how you use it, how often and how much. Rust does not affect use in any way, shape or form.

Metal fire bowl surfaces can become very hot in use and will burn the skin if touched. Burning temperatures can also be very high. We recommend the use of a chimenea guard when small children are present.
